Cardio Tennis


At Tennisbayside, Cardio sessions can run between 1-2 hours and are primarily focused on activities and games/drills to test your aerobic fitness and re-energise your tennis game.


Participants can burn between 500-800 calories per hour session on average and learn some new skills whilst having fun in the process.


Cardio Tennis is a fun way to re-energise your game with friends and can be adapted to all skills levels.


Currently at TennisBayside there are cardio classes running all days of the week (morning &evening)
